empire strikes back

i just discovered that austin had the original star wars trilogy on vhs....so it took us two days tog et through the first one (Busy) and we just watched 'empire strikes back'. i am so overwhelmed over how fucking GREAT these are! the new ones have such weak and simple plots, i can't stand it. granted there's some cheesiness factor in these, but shit, that's part of the charm.

what is it about old movies that appeal to me so much??? i'm finding it very common nowadays that i KNOW what i like, but i can't explain why. it's very frustrating sometimes. haha, and here i go thinkin' about women again :) i'm gonna stay away from that one tonight 'cause i'm having a pretty good day. either way, yeah, music, movies, women, food, drinks...i can't always explain why i like the ones i do but i suppose that's part of what makes it mine.

and hey the country fresh smell seems to have confined itself to the carpet on my wall so i's ALLLLL incense now. very nice.

now i just gotta work on the mouth of hell...i've been too lazy lately. i have to fix my computer as well...

pirates of the carribean tonight at 11:30, you know how to reach me if you're interested. we'll be back from practice at eleven (eric and austin) and dave's getting us tickets. come join, if you haven't seen it, it was the only REALLY good movie this past summer...if you have, you already know that.

'but why is the rum gone!?'
